Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to the b 44 platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between b 44 and its users. By accessing or using b 44's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

B 44 is an online betting platform operated for entertainment purposes. Our services are intended for adults only — no one under the age of 18 may use this platform. We place the highest importance on responsible betting, and all our operations are guided by that commitment.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any interpretation dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative version. b 44 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account Registration & Management

To register on b 44, you must meet certain requirements. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Registering with false information is a direct violation of b 44's terms.

• Each individual may only One Account Only create. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.
• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account or suspect a security breach, please contact our support team immediately.
• Identity verification is required to change your registered mobile number or email address.

B 44 may request additional documents for account verification at any time. If verification is not completed, deposits, withdrawals, or betting activity may be temporarily suspended.

Betting Rules

Please read this section carefully before placing any bet on b 44. b 44's decision is final on all matters relating to bet acceptance and settlement.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once a confirmation is received from the system. Bets that remain unconfirmed due to network issues may be considered void.
• Odds changes: If odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will apply. Once a bet is confirmed, it will be settled at the original odds regardless of any subsequent changes.
• Match cancellation: If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded. However, if the match had already started before its scheduled time and some play had taken place, different rules may apply.
• Live Betting: Odds change constantly during in-play betting. b 44 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum payout: A maximum payout limit applies to each bet. Any winnings that exceed this limit will not be paid out.

If b 44 finds evidence that a user has attempted to manipulate the betting system or gain an unfair advantage, b 44 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and close the account.

Payments & Financial Transactions

All payment-related matters on b 44 are handled transparently and fairly. Please follow the specified rules for deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are typically processed instantly.
• Withdrawal: KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000, and processing typically takes up to 24 hours.
• Payment method match: Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. Using a different method will require additional verification.
• Currency: b 44 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Transaction issues: If a transaction fails, the amount will be refunded within 24 hours. If the issue persists, please contact support.

B 44 does not levy any tax on transactions. However, users are solely responsible for fulfilling their own tax obligations under Bangladesh's tax laws. b 44 accepts no liability in this regard.

Bonus & Promotional Offers

B 44 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Specific conditions must be met to be eligible for these offers.

• Welcome bonus: First-time registrants will receive a welcome bonus. This bonus comes with specific wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements: The wagering multiple for each bonus is clearly stated. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times.
• Bonus validity: Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus eligibility: If multiple accounts from the same household or IP address claim a bonus, all claims may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b 44 platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or system tampering
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering using another person's identity
• Depositing funds from illegal or illegitimate sources
• Participating in a betting syndicate or organised betting group
• Intentionally exploiting any technical glitch on the platform for personal gain
• Using the platform to harass or harm other users
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts

If any user is found engaging in any of the above activities, b 44 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account and report the matter to the relevant authorities if necessary.

Account Closure & Suspension

B 44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of the Terms & Conditions
• Registering with a false identity or incorrect information
• Failure to complete KYC verification
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request

Users may also close their own account at any time by emailing support@b44.cash or contacting support via live chat.

Limitation of Liability

B 44 operates the platform to the highest standards. However, there are limits to our liability in certain areas, which are outlined below:

• B 44 is not liable for any betting issues caused by loss of internet connectivity or power outages.
• B 44 is not directly liable for transaction delays or failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• B 44 is not responsible for lost passwords or compromised accounts resulting from a user's own negligence.
• Any bet lost due to a sporting result or event is entirely at the user's own risk.

B 44 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses arising from causes beyond our control.

Privacy & Data Protection

Changes to Terms & Contact

B 44 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

• Users will be notified via email or SMS before any major changes take effect.
• The effective date of the updated Terms will be indicated at the top of the page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court or authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
